Private Jet Car Service
Private Jet & FBO Transfers: Tail Number Tracked, FBO Coordinated
Nebo Rides provides ground transportation to and from FBO terminals for private and charter aviation. Dispatch tracks the aircraft by tail number, coordinates with the FBO line crew, and stages the vehicle before the passenger reaches the lobby.
Overview
FBO Ground Transportation.Four Operating Principles.
Every FBO transfer operates under the same tracking, coordination, and staging protocol.
Nebo Rides is a BBB A+ accredited, National Limousine Association member with $5 million in commercial liability insurance, serving 500+ cities worldwide.
Tracking
Dispatch monitors the aircraft by tail number via ADS-B. No flight number needed. The system tracks departure, en-route position, and estimated arrival. Vehicle staging adjusts to the actual approach, not a schedule.
FBO Coordination
Nebo communicates with the FBO line crew for arrival logistics: estimated taxi time from the runway to the ramp, luggage transfer method, and vehicle staging location. The driver is in position when the passenger walks into the lobby.
Privacy
The FBO environment is separate from the commercial terminal. No public exposure. The principal moves from aircraft to FBO lobby to vehicle without encountering other travelers.
Crew Transport
A second vehicle (sedan or Sprinter) can be dispatched for the flight crew. Both vehicles stage at the FBO. The principal and crew depart simultaneously or on separate schedules.
By the Numbers
Airport Transfer Performance
Private aviation passengers do not use commercial terminals. They arrive at Fixed-Base Operators, smaller facilities with direct ramp access and separate parking areas. Ground transportation for FBO arrivals requires tail number tracking rather than flight numbers, direct FBO coordination rather than terminal logistics, and drivers who know the specific FBO layout at each airport. Nebo’s private jet car service tracks the aircraft by tail number from the moment it departs the origin.
Why Choose Professional Airport Transfer Service
Dispatch coordinates with the FBO line crew for vehicle staging position and luggage transfer method. The driver meets the passenger in the FBO lobby. For principals who require the vehicle on the ramp at the aircraft stairs, the Greenside Protocol provides that upgrade. A second vehicle can be dispatched for crew transport.
What Sets Our Airport Transfer Service Apart
Nebo maintains operational relationships with Signature Flight Support, Atlantic Aviation, Million Air, and Jet Aviation. All FBO transfers include flight tracking and delay coverage at no additional charge.
How We Compare
Airport Chauffeur vs. Rideshare
When reliability matters most, professional airport chauffeur service provides guarantees that rideshare apps simply cannot match. From real-time flight tracking to meet-and-greet service, the differences are significant.
| Feature | Nebo Rides | Rideshare Apps |
|---|---|---|
| Flight Tracking | Real-time monitoring, auto-adjusts pickup | No flight tracking, manual rebooking |
| Meet & Greet | Name board inside terminal | Curbside pickup only |
| Wait Time Policy | 60 min free wait (domestic) | 5-8 min then cancellation fee |
| Luggage Handling | Full assistance, door-to-door | Self-service |
| Vehicle Guaranteed | Exact vehicle class confirmed | Vehicle type may vary |
| Pricing | Fixed, quoted in advance | Surge pricing common |
| Insurance Coverage | $5M commercial policy | Driver's personal policy |
The Process
Our Private Jet & FBO Transfers Protocol
Tail Number Tracking
Private and charter flights do not appear in standard airline tracking systems. Nebo tracks by tail number using ADS-B transponder data. The system registers the aircraft's departure, monitors en-route position and speed, and calculates the estimated arrival at the destination FBO. Vehicle staging begins when the aircraft enters the approach pattern. For repositioning flights or pop-up charters with short notice, the system can register a tail number within minutes of the booking.
FBO Relationship Network
Ground transportation at an FBO depends on coordination with the line crew. Where is the aircraft parking? How long from wheels-down to the ramp? Is luggage being offloaded by the crew or the line? Nebo maintains operational relationships with Signature Flight Support, Atlantic Aviation, Million Air, Jet Aviation, and TAG Farnborough. These relationships mean the line crew recognizes Nebo vehicles and drivers. Staging authorization is confirmed before the aircraft departs the origin.
FBO Location Knowledge
FBOs are not standardized. Teterboro has 3 FBOs on different parts of the field (Signature, Atlantic, Meridian). Van Nuys has 4. Farnborough has one (TAG). The driver must know which FBO the aircraft is assigned to, where the parking area is, and where the lobby entrance is located. For FBOs with multiple buildings (like Signature East vs. Signature West at Teterboro), the wrong staging location means a 5-minute drive to the correct building. Nebo briefs drivers on the specific FBO before every assignment.

Who This Is For
Common Use Cases
Teterboro Arrival
A private equity principal arrives at Teterboro on a Citation X from Chicago. Dispatch tracked the tail number from departure. The Escalade stages at Signature East (confirmed with the line crew). The passenger walks from the aircraft to the Signature lobby. The driver is at the lobby door. Luggage goes from the aircraft hold to the FBO cart to the trunk. Vehicle departs to Midtown Manhattan within 8 minutes of wheels-down. New York FBO coverage.
Van Nuys Departure
A film producer departs from Van Nuys for Las Vegas on a Bombardier Challenger 350. The driver picks up the producer at a Bel Air residence at 8:00 AM. Arrival at Atlantic Aviation Van Nuys by 8:25. The driver drops the passenger at the FBO entrance. The FBO handles check-in and ramp transport. The car departs. Los Angeles FBO coverage.
Farnborough with Crew Transport
A Dassault Falcon 900 arrives at TAG Farnborough after a flight from Geneva. One Escalade meets the principal at the TAG lobby. A second vehicle (Mercedes E-Class) stages for the 3-person flight crew, driving them to their hotel in central London. Both vehicles are coordinated through a single booking. London FBO coverage.

Arrival, Transfer,
Departure
The three operational phases of every FBO transfer service assignment.
Arrival Staging
The vehicle stages at the FBO parking area timed to the aircraft’s estimated arrival. Dispatch coordinates with the line crew for the expected taxi time from runway to ramp. The driver is at the lobby entrance before the passenger walks through the FBO building.
Luggage Transfer
Luggage moves from the aircraft hold to the FBO line cart, then to the vehicle trunk. The passenger does not handle bags. For large parties, a luggage van stages alongside the primary vehicle.
Departure Drop-Off
For outbound flights, the driver delivers the passenger to the FBO entrance at the coordinated departure time. The FBO handles check-in, security, and ramp transport to the aircraft.
Client Feedback
What Our Clients Say
Our flight was delayed by three hours, and the driver was already repositioned and waiting when we finally landed. No extra charge, no hassle. This is what professional service looks like.
The meet and greet inside the terminal made all the difference after a 14-hour international flight. Luggage handled, car waiting steps away. Worth every penny.
We use Nebo Rides for all executive airport transfers. The flight tracking and proactive communication have eliminated the stress of business travel logistics.
