Preference Onboarding
The first 2 weeks are a discovery period. The driver documents: preferred cabin temperature, rear seat position, water brand, newspaper, music or silence preference, preferred routes (and routes to avoid), building entrance locations (front door vs. loading dock vs. side entrance), and meeting duration patterns. This profile is stored and shared with any backup driver. After the onboarding period, the driver operates from the calendar without additional instructions from the EA.
NDA & Discretion
Drivers assigned to corporate chauffeur programs sign an NDA specific to the assignment. The NDA covers: conversations heard in the vehicle, destinations visited, schedule patterns, and the identity of passengers. The driver does not discuss the executive's movements with family, friends, or other Nebo staff. For C-suite executives and public figures, an enhanced discretion protocol is available that includes device restrictions (no personal phone use during the assignment).
Backup & Continuity
The primary driver is available Monday through Friday during standard business hours. For evenings, weekends, or when the primary driver is unavailable, a backup driver is assigned. The backup driver receives the full preference profile and is briefed on the executive's schedule. The EA is notified 24 hours in advance of any primary driver substitution.
