Nebo maps vehicle class labels to local equivalents so the travel manager books "Executive Sedan" and the passenger receives the appropriate vehicle for that market. No surprises at the curb.
Affiliate Auditing
Affiliates are not self-certified. Nebo audits fleet age (no vehicle older than 3 years), insurance certificates ($5M minimum commercial liability), driver records (criminal background, DMV, drug screening), and service history. Physical vehicle inspections verify tire condition, brake wear, interior cleanliness, and safety equipment. This audit is repeated annually, and spot checks are conducted quarterly.
Performance Scoring
Every ride is scored on four criteria: on-time performance, vehicle condition, driver professionalism, and client feedback. Affiliates receive a rolling 90-day composite score. Those below 4.5/5.0 are suspended. Those below 4.0 are removed from the network. This scoring is automated and transparent. Corporate clients can request performance reports for their bookings on demand.
