Yes. A full restroom is located at the rear of the coach. It is maintained and stocked before every dispatch. For transfers of 2-4 hours, this eliminates the need for rest stops along the route.

The under-floor luggage bay provides 300+ cubic feet of storage. This is enough for full-size suitcases for every passenger, plus event signage, production equipment, or sports gear. Cargo is stored separately from the passenger cabin.

Yes. Multi-day bookings are available for corporate retreats, conference circuits, and tournament travel. Pricing is based on total hours and mileage. A second driver is assigned for trips that exceed federal hours-of-service limits.

ADA-compliant coaches with wheelchair lifts and securement positions are available upon request. Specify accessibility needs at the time of booking so the correct coach configuration is assigned. A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is recommended.

The minimum booking for the Executive Coach is 4 hours. This covers staging, loading, the transfer itself, and return positioning. For point-to-point airport shuttles, a flat rate may apply depending on distance and group size.

All Executive Coach drivers hold a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a passenger endorsement. They complete DOT-mandated drug and alcohol testing, annual physicals, and defensive driving certification. Drivers assigned to corporate accounts also complete customer service training specific to executive group transport.
