Enter the flight number at booking. The system connects to live flight data and monitors arrival status. If the flight is delayed by 45 minutes, the pickup time adjusts automatically. The driver receives the updated ETA. The passenger does not need to call dispatch. When the aircraft lands, the system calculates the taxi-to-gate time and positions the driver for the revised arrival at the pickup zone.
