Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nebo Rides website at neborides.com and all chauffeured transportation services provided by Nebo Rides LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a ride, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Nebo Rides provides professional chauffeured ground transportation services including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly chauffeur service, event and group transportation, and leisure tours. Services are available in 500+ cities worldwide through our network of licensed, insured, and vetted transportation partners.

Reservations and Booking

All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (email or SMS) from Nebo Rides with a confirmation number. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard service and 48 hours or more for specialty vehicles, large groups, or high-demand dates.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, flight information (for airport transfers), passenger count, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

Pricing and Payment

All quoted prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for the specific itinerary, date, and vehicle type requested. Pricing may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, time of day, tolls, parking fees, and applicable taxes.

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the payment method and account type. We accept major credit cards, corporate accounts, and approved purchase orders. Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in the quoted price and is at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to appear at the designated pickup location within the agreed wait time) are charged the full fare.

For specialty vehicles, large groups, or event bookings, cancellation terms may differ and will be specified in your booking confirmation.

Wait Time and No-Show Policy

For airport pickups, complimentary wait time begins when your flight lands: 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights. For all other pickups, complimentary wait time is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time beyond these windows may incur charges at the applicable hourly rate.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Nebo Rides and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger who is abusive, threatening, excessively intoxicated, in possession of illegal substances, or whose behavior poses a safety risk to the chauffeur or other passengers. Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during their ride.

Insurance and Liability

All Nebo Rides vehicles carry a minimum of $5 million in commercial liability insurance coverage. Our liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in vehicles is limited to $250 per incident. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Nebo Rides website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Nebo Rides LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
